Instructor
Pastor Harold Rust (aka “PH”) is currently the pastor of a multicultural church in Red Deer, Alberta. Planted seven years ago, The River Church has grown by welcoming newcomers to Canada from East Central Africa, the Middle East, Ukraine and Mexico. Before Red Deer, he served as president of CLBI for 16 years and served congregations in Saskatoon, Abbotsford, and Okotoks. Also, Harold, Joyce, and their adult children are all alumni of CLBI, which makes it even more exciting to have Harold teach the Book of Acts because in it he sees God the Holy Spirit transforming new believers from a group in hiding to a Church with a mission! And now God is bringing the world to our communities so that we can experience the joy of loving our new neighbours from around the globe with the love of Christ.
